Bug Description
1. Ubuntu 17.10
2. wondershaper 1.1a-8
3. I expected the software to limit the network bandwidth to the given values-
4. Instead I got following error message:
sudo wondershaper enp3s0 500 100
[sudo] Passwort für user:

After running the command with this error, the internet speed gets set to an arbitrary very low amount. I only figured this out with speedtest, before and after the command (reboot makes everything fine).
