Bug Description

Here is result of installing libwine-dev and libwine-dev:i386:

$ sudo apt install libwine-dev libwine-dev:i386
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
libwine-dev is already the newest version (6.0.3~repack-1).
libwine-dev set to manually installed.
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

 libwine-dev : Conflicts: libwine-dev:i386 but 6.0.3~repack-1 is to be installed
 libwine-dev:i386 : Conflicts: libwine-dev but 6.0.3~repack-1 is to be installed
