WebView.has_selection not working

Bug Description

It seems that the WebView.has_selection method does not really return if there's selected text. Instead it seems to return arbitrary results. I am attaching a sample program that shows the problem.

This bug may be the same as https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90144, which is in turn referenced by https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=603031 and bug #459851, the last of which affects at least 92 people.
