Bug Description

To remove user confusion, the Webcamoid should not notify user about new version if installed from universe pocket as deb package .

The deb-repository will be freezed, so such a message about update will add a mess to user's system. It will force a user to get non-deb version...

Marked as fixed in ubuntu-mate-settings 20.10.1 as per https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-mate-settings/20.10.1 .
The webcamoid package itself is untouched.
