When using "Manually mange settings" no database is created

I take issue with this, because it means theres now no db/tables, and no instructions to set them up (that i could see).

I feel a middle ground of 'create some tables without full configuration' wouldn't hurt.

I came accross this wanting to use LDAP (so the full config run through wasnt needed), but not wanting to create the db/tables myself.

Hope I've managed to explain the bug problem ok.
