[browser] invalid url causes "network failure" error message

Bug Description
When entering an invalid URL in the browser, the user is presented with a "Network failure" error messages instead of something like "We couldn't find this website - please verify the address"

Thanks for reporting this. It’s a known shortcoming that has been there forever: we only have one single "generic" error page for all types of errors. There is design material to differentiate different types of errors though.
