Bug Description
This currently defaults to false, which I'm not sure is that sane. The default means that 2 files are treated as being from a different origin if they don't have exactly the same path

PES has a commercial partner that would like to ship their HTML5 as a webapp in our store.
To load the assets off the filesystem, we need this to be set somehow.
Request priority be bumped a bit higher...
