Bug Description
With a webapp, the Messaging menu opens several windows.
You can see this issue with this webapp: https:/
This happen just in Ubuntu 14.04. In Ubuntu 13.10 with Firefox all works as expected.

Yep, if you minimize window and click Telegram from message menu again, you will get new duplicated window.
