Bug Description

The default browser for web-apps won't remember when a webapp is full screen. I.e., I open facebook through the webapp launcher icon, and it starts in a small window, rather than the full one from last time. This bug is not critical, but affects the overall look and polish of this release.

The problem is two-fold: it does not remember full-screen, and it does not remember the last dimension the window was resized to. To me this is a huge usability issue on a 1920x1200px screen as the window's default size takes less that 1/4 of the display.
