Ken VanDine and I are responsible for getting webapps-
I do see there is a tests/ directory, but it doesn't seem to run / has some issues / needs better coverage.

Specifically what we need for this package is tests for default-apps, this wouldn't include testing all the individual userscripts. webapps- common, that really only includes the amazon userscript, a couple launchers and icons.
