wallch crashs gnome panel applets when changing wallpaper

Bug Description

Using Ubuntu 14.04 gnome-flashback (gnome-fallback)
When wallch changes the wallpaper, the following panel applets crash every time and give the option to reload or close...
"Indicator Applet Complete" has quit unexpectedly
"System Monitor" has quit unexpectedly
"Hardware Sensors Monitor" has quit unexpectedly

Thanks for the bug report!

Providing that Wallch just notifies GNOME for the change (and it doesn't update the picture of the background itself), can you please run the following command in a terminal and report back if the crash happens?

gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.background picture-uri 'file:///home/username/Pictures/somefile.jpg'

Please change /home/username/Pictures/somefile.jpg to a real path of an image in your filesystem.

I just want to see if it really is a Wallch back or a GNOME bug.

Same here, fixed with

gsettings reset-recursively com.canonical.indicator.datetime
gsettings reset-recursively com.canonical.indicator.session
