please fix above lintian warnings.

I believe Lukazs already fixed most issues:

$ lintian
E: walinuxagent changes: bad-distribution-in-changes-file zesty
W: walinuxagent source: out-of-date-standards-version 3.9.7 (current is 3.9.8)

Most of these issues have been addressed with the latest package we're preparing. Two of the mentioned warnings still exist though:

W: walinuxagent: wrong-name-for-upstream-changelog usr/share/doc/walinuxagent/Changelog
E: walinuxagent: udev-rule-in-etc etc/udev/rules.d/99-azure-product-uuid.rules

As they're a bit more tricky I'll try to do those on a separate release.
