Guest not able to connect shared Folders. "Windows7 Host" "Ubuntu 13.10 Guest"

Windows 7 Host: 4.3.0 r89960
Ubuntu 13.10 Guest:
 - German Language
 - VirtualBox installed with the in Ubuntu built-in Driver tool:
InnoTek Systemberatung GmbH: VirtualBox Guest Service
x86 virtualisation solution - guest addition module source for dkms von virtualbox-guest-dkms werden verwendet (Proprietär)

 - The Shared Folder apear in /media/
 - Open the shared Folder with Nautilus ends in a not ending Loading.
 - Creating a new Folder is working and gets created on the drive.
 - Press F5 for refreshing lets the Directory disappearing.

Interesting Grafic Issue:
 - If I made a right-mouse-click in the shared folder, the Insert menu-point is Blinking between active and inactive.
