Bug Description
Binary package hint: vim
vim-gtk,vim-gnome menu_bar error,
only the <help> item was show in the menu bar. Others have no context.
but,
export LANG=xxx can solve the problem.

export LANG=en_US.utf8 can solve the problem temporarily
using vim-gtk on ubuntu10.04 lucid
