Remove vim-tiny from install media

Bug Description
Finally with Ubuntu 12.10 the full VIM is installed by default. However, the package vim-tiny is _also_ installed, and frustratingly it is the vim-tiny binary that is used when typing 'vim' on the CLI. Please remove the vim-tiny package from the default install as it is 1) redundant now that full VIM is installed by default, and 2) harmful in the fact that it masks the VIM binary.
Note that there was a request to remove vim-tiny back in 2007, but it was (rightfully) rejected at the time due to space considerations in the install media. Now, removing vim-tiny will actually save space due to full VIM being installed by default anyway:
