Bug Description
Binary package hint: user-setup
After installing Ubuntu Server in expert mode, I found that I did not have an 'admin' group, used for allowing sudo access. In addition, sudoers did not contain the line users in the admin group to use sudo
This group should be created with appropriate privileges even if no privileged user account is created during the initial install.
