usb-creator-gtk fails to format usb stick

Bug Description

When clicking on delete data and entering my password, after some time a popup apears:

gi._glib.GError: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.UDisks2.Error.Failed: Error synchronizing after initial wipe: Timed out waiting for object

I created a fresh partition table with gparted and rebootet, the error remains the same. The usb stick contains a single partition, that works as expected for other programms.
