Glancing at /var/log/upstart/ureadahead.log

ureadahead:/etc/resolv.conf: Error retrieving chunk extents: Operation not supported

Have been already reported with a previous ubuntu release, but dont get much love sadly. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ureadahead/+bug/969926
