Bug Description
18.04 LTS
During soft power cycle test, the option to shut down not available in Ubuntu. This occurred 4/1000 times during test. Power needed to be removed from the unit in order to power down.
Test steps -
1) Press power button on unit with power connected
2) Wait for system to boot - verify by observing Ubuntu OS "user select" screen
3) Select the power button/icon
4) Select "power off" from the available options
Repeat steps 1-4 1000 times.
Expected result -
Each time the user selects the power button/icon they will be presented with options to power off or restart the unit.
Actual result -
Of 1000 cycles, 4 cycles resulted in the system not presenting the options to power off or restart the unit.
