Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-notifier
The detection for a cdrom with distro data is currently broken in edgy. The reason is a bashim in the apt-cdrom-detection script and a problem with gpg that it expects a ~/.gnupg directoy.
The attached patch fixes the problem.

diff seems to work well here.
This should really be released as an update before the masses want Feisty.
