Bug Description

Binary package hint: apport

Referring to http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1193705 notify-osd showed the crash notification bubble with low urgency after a package failed to install. Don't know if it should be urgent or normal but low is definitely the wrong urgency level.
