Bug Description
In Oneiric, type `update-manager -d`, accept the upgrade. A new window opens, which uses a new launcher item instead of the main update-manager icon. The new icon is low resolution, and doesn't display a progress bar, like the main update-manager launcher item does.
And it is possible to launch another instance of the distrib upgrade window.
I think all these problems would be resolved by doing the actual upgrade in the main window.
