Upgrade from 10.10 to 11.04 fails because of isc-dhcp-client

Bug Description
When trying to upgrade from Ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04 update-manager fails with the following message:
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
E:Error, pkgProblemResol
I'm attaching files from '/var/log/
I don't get any output from the command 'dpkg --get-selections | grep hold'.
A dist-upgrade from the terminal gives me the following output:
$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
