update-manager crashed with AptDaemonError in _convert_dbus_exception()

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

update-manager did not close. I did not notice the crash. It happened at the end of checking if there are new updates.
no updates were found. I updated about 30 minutes before looking for new updates.
the update before deleted all pre-installed programs from the application bar. Maybe that was related.
