Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

The new update manager "Updating Cache" dialog is too narrow. The informational messages are truncated, and the dialog is not re-sizable.

To reproduce, click the Check button when in the Update Manager window.

This is NOT a problem for the "Downloading Package Information" dialog, which performs the same function, but in different code, and is accessed via the Check for updates menu of the update notifier applet. This is specific to the "Updating cache" dialog.
