Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
Hello!
On an up-to-date Intrepid, update-manager is telling me this:
> The list of changes is not available yet.
>
> Please use http://
> until the changes become available or try again later.
This is a bit silly: visiting that link does show the list of changes, so "[it's] not available yet" is a false statement. At the very list the wording of the message should be changed. At best, update-manager should try to fetch that page itself, and only if that fails it should display a "not available" message.

In addition: this link seems to be blindly autogenerated, so there is no guarantee there's actually a changelog available (eg. updates from third party repos).
