Bug Description

I got this error, Ubuntu started to update things on it's own:

"An unresolvable problem occurred while initializing the package information. Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the following error message: E:can not open /var/lib/apt/lists/dl.winehq.org_wine-builds_ubuntu_dists_jammy_InRelease - fopen (13: Permission denied), E:The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened."
