Clicking "settings" in software updater makes it stuck at loading

Bug Description

Clicking "settings" button in software updater makes it stuck at loading something. It sometimes actually opens settings but regardless of if settings is opened, it will stuck at loading and I can not close it.

It is due to flatpak repository. Just make sure https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/flatpak/stable/ubuntu/ is ticked off in update settings.
