Bug Description
Using Ubuntu 14.04 with Metacity (gnome-classic session), if update-manager is performing package updates in the background (as usual), and is actually configuring packages, upcoming requests steal keyboard focus and are answered randomly.
I am writing a lot on my machine, so any request suddenly stealing focus and accept keys will most likely disapper very fast answered in a totally uncontrolled fashion.
This may be quite dangerous, as system updates are made with root privileges and the questions may be quite important I guess.

Can anyone actually tell me, what questions update-manager most likely ask while configuring packages?
