Bug Description
When upgrading from Lucid to Pecise via do-release-upgrade -d the mysql-server package was removed.
I suspect that this is because the machine is used as my mythtv-backend server, which did not have the mythbuntu-
The workaround is to installi the mysql-server package, which for me successfully picked up the old databases and users, requiring me to simply provide a new root password.
All though I may have 'autoremoved' the package, I don't belive I did since MythTV complained during the installation that it couldn't connect to the mysql socket.
