unrar-free doesn't print Cyrillic in the list of files in a readable form

A .rar archive I've downloaded contains a filename with Cyrillic characters, but unrar-free doesn't print them in a readable form in the list of files it produces:

I'd expect it to print the Cyrillic characters, as unrar-non-free does:
