Bug Description
I installed Unity 8 and the software center is missing along with:
Libera office
File manager
Terminal
Examples
Etc
Also I can't download anything from the web or App Store
There is no way to stop the launcher from auto hideing
All I can do is search the web that's it.

Please fix this this is critical bug that prevents using the Desktop environment
It prevents me form using the OS at all
