description |
Watch the attached video to see exactly what's happening.
When I hover over the Title-Bar-Menu/Unity-Top-Panel, in Unity, the "Firefox" title is replaced by the firefox menu, BUT, you can't access the menu items on the far right, because when your bring your hover to the right, the menu disappears (displaying the Title instead of the menu).
See attached video.
(note I'm running 12.04 Beta 2 64 bit Unity 3d -- Fully Updated Today) |
Please watch the attached video of this bug in action; it is worth a thousand words.
When I have an external monitor hooked up to my laptop, it corrupts my ability to access application menus for windows that are opened on my laptop's native monitor.
My laptop monitor is at 1440 x 900 (16:10) resolution. The video shows this monitor exhibiting the behaviour. Watch the menu disappear before I can click on any menu option!
My external monitor is at 1920 x 1080 (16:9) resolution. Application menus are accessible just fine on this monitor.
If I unplugged the external monitor, the native monitor stops exhibiting this misbehaviour.
As you can see, in the attached video, I can't move to far right before the whole menu loses hover-focus and goes away. I've been putting up with this for months; please help! |
