Bug Description
In 5.8.0-0ubuntu2, the backgrounds for the launcher icons for removable discs both obey the colour of the wallpaper and can be dragged out of their place to be reordered on the launcher. However, they no longer obey the wallpaper's colour when they are being dragged. This is unexpected.
This is also the case with the BFB.
-------
Desired resolution:
- When dragging a Launcher icon that uses the average background colour (e.g. a USB key Launcher icon), the icon should stay the same colour. Currently it goes grey and this is incorrect.

Thank you for reporting this bug to make Ubuntu better. I can confirm this issue. However, I think this requires some input from the design team. Hence marking it incomplete until further feedback.
