Bug Description
Clicking the maximize button fails to maximise the window after it was snapped to the side.
Steps to reproduce :
- open any (resizable) window like firefox, nautilus
- drag it to the left or right of the screen so that it snaps and covers half the screen
- then click the maximize button
What happens:
- the window is not resized but the controls (buttons + menu) disappear (they don't appear in the global menu either). The only way to move and resize the window again is to drag it with the alt key to make the controls reappear.
- or the window is simply resized (smaller arbitrary size) while keeping the controls.
What should happen:
The window should be maximized properly as expected.
Note that if the window is dragged to the top instead of clicking the maximize button, it works properly.
Release: Ubuntu precise (beta), Unity 5.8.0
