Bug Description

This is a bug that affects Unity design. It is easy to deploy a not desirable menu like calendar or session menu on panel, when the user want to select an item in the System/Config menu.
I attach a video record where you can see what I am talking about.

In the way that gnome-shell arrange the menus, it is much more difficult this issue to happen.
