Allow for variable icon size on the panel (16 vs 22)

Bug Description

Indicator icons and indicator menu icons should support a non-default icon size. At the moment this is constrained to 16pixels, but it should be possible to style that and have 22 pix. icons for example.

I thought that was something ted gould would have looked into it, because it was not in my contract and of course I will need to spend time reading the whole libindicator source code to figure it out where to patch.
Let me know if it's something I must to (i.e. ted can't do)

Yes, this is an important requirement from the Design team. We should be able to have a style property, or at least a variable to set the icon size across panel indicators and indicators menu icons.

Just like we have for the panel menu:
gtk-icon-sizes = "panel-menu=22,22:gtk-button=16,16"

can ted play on that bug?

I think there is some confusion here. The initial icon size for the indicator *was* 16 px, but it is now 22px.
It was changed to 22px before Lucid was released.

As Vish said the icons have been 22px for a while now the bug is invalid it seems
