Bug Description
I am on Ubuntu 15.10 with all the latest updates as of 20151207. I also have nvidia 352.63 installed from the Additional Drivers application.
When ever I switch from one application to another Unity freezes for 1-2 seconds and then unfreezes. For example: I have Chrome open and I switch to a terminal windows I have open, all windows freeze for 1-2 seconds and then the terminal window comes up. If I then try to drag Chrome (or any other window) the same thing happens and then the window jumps to where my mouse is.
This isn't stopping me from working, but it's an annoyance when I'm working with multiple windows.

I have a simmilar issue with mate desktop. Does one CPU usage launch to 100 when unity freezes? Perhaps this bug has to do with compiz, as it also affects mate. I'm ussing Radeon opensource driver. With intel I don't see that happening.
