Bug Description

Looks like it correspondig to this issue: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/754565

Steps to reproduce:
   Pin some application on launcher panel in position 1 (it must be accesible by <super>+<1>
   Press <super> + <shift> + <1> - no any visible changes will be occuried

Expected behaviour:
   New instance of application must be started, just simmilar with <shift> + <mouse1> on application icon.

Reproduced since 14.04, was tested in 12.04, 13.04, 13.10
