Bug Description
certain settings are not saved after rebooting 14.04 Trusty Tahr.
Example:
1) set system settings > keyboard > shortcuts > windows > minimize window = F9
2) reboot system = minimize window setting has been reset to default
Example:
1) set dconf-editor > gnome > desktop > wm > preferences > focus-mode = mouse
2) reboot system = focus-mode setting has been reset to the default of "click"
I could go on with more examples.
this is a pretty serious bug for an LTS release. Hopefully this can get fixed as soon as possible.
Did a clean default install of 14.04 (did not upgrade).
