after minimizing, alt-tab position of window needs to change to last

Bug Description
When minimizing a window either by clicking on the launcher icon or by using a keyboard shortcut, pressing alt-tab once will reopen that window. Clearly, minimizing means that I don't want to use that window for a while so it should be positioned last in the list of the alt-tab switcher.
