Bug Description
The dash's default behaviour opens a new instance of whatever application is selected, however there are sometimes cases to allow for the user to select an alternative option.
For instance, a user should be able to right click in the dash to select Chromium's incognito mode. It would also be useful to be able to do this with keyboard shortcuts, such as by pressing the menu key with an application selected.
