Bug Description
When I use the gwibber lens, I don't know that anything is happening. When the lens starts, there is no data. The little spinner in the search spins, then stops and there is still no indication if anything is happening. Quite confusing. I would like some way to know that the lens is actually doing something still.

It would be nice to have a generic way to show activity besides the search spinner in the text entry, which stops after a timeout.
