Bug Description
The Messaging Menu icon is constantly in the 'attention' state (colored blue), despite my Inbox containing no unread items. This appears to be due to the existence of a few archived items in my Gmail account that happen to be labeled and unread.
This behavior is inconsistent with the convention established by Gmail's title text of displaying unread counts only for the contents of the Inbox. The always-on effect it has on the indicator interferes with the operation of the entire Messaging Menu.
