In Hotcorners, “Toggle Desktop” works only for showing windows

Bug Description
The “Toggle Desktop” option, which can be activated in the “Hotcorners” category, does only work for showing windows, not for hiding them.
Steps to reproduce:
q) Enable the “Toggle desktop” function for any corner under “Hotcorners”
w) Move your mouse to that corner
e) The window(s) should disappear
r) Repeat, the window(s) should reappear
t) Repeat again
y) The window(s) don't reappear!
u) Show desktop using Ctrl+Super+d
i) Move the cursor to the corner again.
o) The window(s) reappear.
p) Repeat t-o

I can confirm this.
This appears to be a bug in Unity. There is nothing that can be done at the Unity Tweak Tool level to fix this.
I'll figure out the appropriate package to mark this against and redirect you there.
