Bug Description
In Security and Settings I set the Lock Phone time to 10 minutes. The phone will correctly lock after 10 minutes. But if I press the power button before 10 minutes it should not lock the screen. This is how iphone works. Pressing the power button should not automatically lock the phone unless the timeout set in system settings has been triggered, or if it's set to immediately

'Sleep locks immediately' allows the user to choose whether or not they wish to lock their phone via the power button.

Adding design to get feedback for what intended behavior is.
Also, if I set lock time to 10 minutes the phone should still blank the screen after a shorter time (30 seconds? or other default) but it seems to just dim the screen in this case.
