This is causing frequent issues when distributing development packages for testing. I'd vote for increasing priority.

Worth noting this seems half-fixed now.

If you change the icon and name of an app (as we're doing with Reminders -> Notes), the icon gets updated after using pkcon to install the click, but the name under the icon is not updated.
