Bug Description
When you use Alacarte to add new desktop files, they're not given any category. This means that you can only find those entries in recent apps, or in the app lens when displaying all entries. There's no way of displaying only your manually added CLI programs, for instance. That would be useful.
We should have an "Others" category that displays items from unrecognized categories or uncategorized items.
