Bug Description
Description: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Release: 16.04
lightdm:
Installed: 1.18.1-0ubuntu1
Candidate: 1.18.1-0ubuntu1
unity-greeter:
Installed: 16.04.2-0ubuntu1
Candidate: 16.04.2-0ubuntu1
Current Ubuntu box uses 2 languages, Korean Hangul and Russian, with ibus as an input engine. English is deleted as Korean IM includes English by default.
At login screen language selector should contain independent set of languages with English selected by default. However, instead the selector contains 2 languages: Russian and English, with Russian selected by default. Therefore, typing English password becomes uncomfortable, since it requires manual selection of English language (using mouse).
