Freezes on unlock after locked for a few days

1. Lock the screen.
2. Wait a couple of days or more.
3. Enter the password and press Enter.

What happens:
* The clock in the screen corner freezes.
* After five minutes the screen still hasn't unlocked.

Does not happen with: Ubuntu 13.10 and earlier
